I will miss your encouraging ,cheerful comments too!But carry on to enjoy your work, that is what will give you enormous satisfaction until you are ready to play again!
I have another jewelry-making friend in Greece, and her fingers get very sore and cramped during the making season. As rauf said, I hope you can take rests when you need them, and wander out for a breath of Fundy wind.
I look forward to seeing the fruits of your labor/artistry, Gwen! BTW I absolutely "your" Schiele--great colors ... He's a favorite of mine: unerring sense of placement, of the page as a container that I envy!
Thanks everybody, I appreciate your thoughtful comments ... I am practically worn out to the bone.. don't ever let anyone make you believe that earning your living in an Artistic manner is easy.. It's Hard work!!! As much as I love creating... I need a break or a few clones!!!
Gwen! It was a happy happy surprise to see your beautiful name float into my blog today. I hope it is not all work and no play for you on the gorgeous Bay.
Two weeks from today I will hang your crystal creations from my ears and weep with joy watching my daughter join her life with a dear man. I treasure these pieces and hope they will pass on to Lesley and maybe her daughter one day. How special the way I acquired them and the first occasion I will wear them! So much tied together. It brings tears to me now, and there will be so many things to embrace in my heart that day.
Hi there! I just purchased a pair of your earrings while visiting in Fredericton, on Queen st. Can't remember the business name right now, it will come to me. Love them! <3
