Oh Gwen these shots are so beautiful! How I miss the beach. As I hear yet another Police cruiser and Ambulance sirens as they wail I envy you and Kathi. Just Sunday we were commenting it was a 'St. Martins' day as we call them....but alas we didn't go in that direction. Instead we headed to the noise and bustle of the city. I do miss my 'cottage' by the shore. Take care my Seaside Friend - see you soon we hope.
Beautiful pictures as are your perfect words! Love those thoughts.May you continue to be just where your spirit takes you! Best wishes for all things wonderful for the new year- with enless creativity, joy and love.
Ah, such a life you lead my friend. Thanks for sharing. Funny thing, after reading the Shipping News, i wanted/want to go to New Foundland, now I think it may be that I need to go to New Brunswick!
What beautiful words to match amazing photos! Such a beautiful place to visit. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us. I hope you and your family had a beautiful Holiday Season!!
The stillness, the cold, wind whipped seascapes have such beauty it's a priviledge to happen upon. Often unknown to summer only wanderers. The subdued colours too.
Are those incredible photos taken in the warmer weather, or more recently? It looks so warm and inviting to me. Maybe it's just wishful thinking! Happy New Year to you Gwen.
Gwen, those are gorgeous shots!
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures (I know, I say that all the time). I just came back from Brittany, where the sights are often gorgeous, and this is just as great.
