i like the still life photos of the porch: the sea shells and the porch swing with the blue sky off in the distance. it makes me feel like i could sit there for hours.

Yes, that snow went fast... must have heard me cursing at it... no, really it went with the rain we received last night... Sunshine makes me feel so much more alive and energetic
On a day like this I wish all of you could join me on the verandah... with something delicious to sip on and some wonderful conversation...
Thanks Ruth, it is Eastern White Cedar from a local mill which we're letting naturally weather... as well as the cedar shingles.... Doesn't take long with the salty breezes near the ocean
